Significant construction progress at Logistics Park Bruck A4 was honoured yesterday with a topping-out ceremony. Together with Mayor Gerhard Weil, the investor Invesco Real Estate and the construction companies, Propel Industrial celebrated the completion of the building shell on schedule. Two independent buildings, which stand for flexible use, energy efficiency and sustainability, are being built on over 15,000 m² of hall space in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway and Vienna Airport.

Mayor Gerhard Weil praised the project: "The Logistics Park Bruck A4 is an example of the progress we want to see in our city: economically sustainable, ecologically responsible and strategically well connected. As an energy self-sufficient city with a strong focus on climate protection, we are particularly pleased about a project that combines sustainable logistics with regional value creation. We warmly welcome Propel Industrial to Bruck an der Leitha."

Armen Gevorkian, CEO of Propel Industrial, also emphasised the importance of the project: "Today's topping-out ceremony not only marks the completion of the shell construction phase, but also our ambition to create scalable and sustainable logistics properties for the needs of tomorrow. The Bruck site combines ecological quality, economic attractiveness and an outstanding location. Together with Invesco Real Estate and regional partners, we are realising a project with real added value here - for companies, the region and the future of logistics."

The buildings have a hall height of 10 metres, 16 loading ramps and four ground-level gates. The project already fulfils the requirements for ÖGNI Gold certification during construction. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2025 - initial letting negotiations are already underway.
