Under construction
The redevelopment in the northern Munich area is under construction. The 24,421 sqm site previously carried buildings with a total GLA of 11,551 sqm, which are being replaced by a modern Grade-A industrial facility.
The new development is built around two interconnectable units with 12.2 m clear height and 10 loading docks, optimised for flexible use and future-ready operations.
With its strategic location and high-quality specification, the scheme reinforces Munich North’s role as a dynamic industrial hub, and targets DGNB Platinum certification.
