Business Park Hamburg A1 is a new industrial development at Minervabogen in Stapelfeld, directly on Hamburg's eastern city boundary. Designed for light industrial use, contract logistics and last-mile distribution, it lies around three minutes from the A1, with the A24, the Port of Hamburg and Hamburg Airport all within easy reach — and 4.8 million people inside a 60-minute drive.

The development delivers 24,184 sqm of lettable area on a 49,712 sqm site, arranged as four combinable units in a single stand-alone building: approximately 20,136 sqm of warehouse, 2,334 sqm of mezzanine and 1,714 sqm of offices. Units can be taken individually from approximately 4,990 sqm, or combined up to the full area.

The building permit was granted in Q3 2026 and construction is under way, with completion targeted for Q2 2027. The permit expressly allows 24/7 operation seven days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. Fossil-free heat pump heating, planned rooftop photovoltaics, EV charging and biodiverse landscaping are designed in from the outset, in one of northern Germany's most tightly supplied industrial submarkets.
