The logistics development in Bruck an der Leitha near Vienna International Airport is complete and in operation. Purpose-built for last-mile delivery and contract logistics, its location gives direct access to the A4.
The scheme delivers 15,993 sqm of GLA on a 27,451 sqm site in a leading eastern Vienna industrial submarket, across two stand-alone buildings with 10 m clear height and 16 loading docks.
Rooftop photovoltaics, rainwater harvesting, biodiverse landscaping and ÖGNI Gold certification were designed in from the outset.
