The scheme delivers 18,278 sqm of GLA on a 29,411 sqm site in the Frankfurt region, one of Germany’s leading industrial submarkets, across four units with 12 m clear height and 22 loading docks.
Rooftop photovoltaics, rainwater harvesting, biodiverse landscaping and DGNB Platinum certification were designed in from the outset.
