Under construction
The redevelopment in Bruchsal (Karlsruhe) is under construction. The 80,006 sqm site previously carried buildings constructed between 1979 and 2002, which are being replaced by a new Grade-A industrial scheme.
On completion the development will offer 44,567 sqm of GLA across eight separately lettable units with 12.20 m clear height and 36 loading docks, designed for versatile industrial use.
The project reinforces Bruchsal’s position as a key industrial hub for next generation businesses, and targets DGNB Platinum certification.
